After the PET bottle blank enters, it is heated, stretched and blow molded inside the machine, and then almost seamlessly and immediately transferred to the filling station for filling, and finally transferred to the capping station for sealing. Flexible Bottle Shape Adaptability
Whether it’s the transition wheel or the bottle outlet wheel, both are designed to adapt to different bottle shapes without the need to adjust the equipment height, making bottle shape changes more convenient.
The filling machine is made of stainless steel and equipped with a large plane bearing, ensuring stable and reliable operation. The mechanical filling mode guarantees a liquid level accuracy of ±2.5mm, and the filling valve is made of food-grade stainless steel.
The bottle outlet conveyor adopts frequency conversion speed regulation to run synchronously with the main machine, effectively preventing bottles from overturning. It is also equipped with a photoelectric switch that automatically decelerates or stops the machine in case of bottle blockage.
The frame adopts a split design with a rational transmission system layout driven by a servo motor. The workbench is made of hygienic stainless steel with an inclined design for easy drainage. The filling and sealing area is constructed with a combination of stainless steel and tempered glass for safety and easy observation.
Adopting PLC control, the system achieves fully automatic operation from bottle inlet to bottle outlet. The user-friendly touch screen interface displays production speed, output, fault information, and can automatically record fault occurrences.

The high-speed rotary full-automatic bottle blowing machine produced by our company adopts the control system composed of SIMATIC HMI (man-machine interface), Siemens S7 Series   industrial control system (PLC system) and relevant control detection and actuator. The whole machine is stable, reliable and rapid response.
The operation interface is intuitive and easy to understand, which is used to adjust and control the equipment There are two modes: production mode and commissioning mode, which can facilitate production, inspection and maintenance The on-off heating and time (angle) adjustment of the equipment can be carried out through 36 programmable function keys (28 with LED) contained in the SIMATIC HMI (man-machine interface) operation panel. The equipment adopts a fully enclosed mode, and the whole process does not need manual contact, so that the products can better meet the hygienic standards required by food, beverage and medical packaging.
Each torque point and key point of the machine is provided with torque protector, photoelectric protection switch, travel protection switch and other protection measures, so as to ensure the safe operation of the equipment and avoid the forced operation of the robot, so as to prolong the service life of the machine and the maintenance cost of accessories.
High quality products from famous foreign manufacturers (OPTEX, FESTO, Seitz, Oki, etc.) are selected for key components such as equipment detection, cylinder, solenoid valve and bearing, which makes the performance of the whole machine more stable and reliable, reduces fault shutdown and maintenance costs, so as to ensure high production efficiency and yield and reduce production costs.
The control system of automatic bottle blowing machine is composed of SIMATIC HMI (man-machine interface), Siemens industrial control system (PLC system) and relevant control,  detection and executive elements. The start-up, shutdown, heating adjustment and other operations of the equipment can realize full-automatic operation through man-machine interface (SIMATIC HMI).                                             

The SIMATIC HMI operation panel contains 36 programmable function keys (28 with LED) and 36 function keys. Through the buttons on the operation panel, the bottle blowing machine can be completely controlled, and it can also be controlled by external mouse (the interface is located in the USB interface at the bottom of the panel).
